Drug Abuse Treatment Programs
Definition:
A program of treatment or therapeutic advice or counsel for the rehabilitation of drug dependent persons. (The legal definition excludes alcohol and its derivatives).
Exemptions:
Any drug abuse treatment program operated by the federal government.
Type Regulation:
Each program must obtain a license.
