Traumatic Brain Injury Facilities (TBIFs)

Definition:
A facility which is devoted to the provision of residential treatment and rehabilitative care for persons who have traumatic brain injury.
Exemptions:
Any TBIF operated by the federal government.
Type Regulation:
A facility must obtain a permit.
